February 16 - February 22, 2026
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- Workflow Analysis
- I further optimized my structured weekly workflow to increase productivity.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Attributive Tree System (ATS) Software Development:
- Building an interactive embedded demo for the Tulare County’s Attribution article that lets readers click through a small visual map of connected entities/nodes.
February 2 - February 8, 2026
Various Work Days
- Attributive Tree System (ATS) Software Development:
- I’ve completed the first structured and indexed set of ChatGPT Project chat sessions for the Attributive Tree System, focusing on areas like its core principles, epistemology, ontology, graph reasoning, predictive modeling, visualization, and gamification. All of these sessions, and more, helps establish a stable conceptual foundation before I build the software, as well as helps me to not become so overwhelmed with everything I must do.
- Tech Upgrades
- Separately, I’ve set up a Google Workspace Business Standard account, and connected and verified my custom domain. I’ve also subscribed to Google Gemini Pro, and already transferred and structured a significant amount of essential material related to Existential and the ATS.
January 19 - January 25, 2026
Various Work Days
- Attributive Tree System (ATS) Software Development:
- Still reorganizing the ATS’s development; further defining its technical and philosophical foundations and boundaries before implementation.
January 5 - January 11, 2026
Various Work Days
- Legal Work
- I missed a scheduled Case Management Conference primarily due to a calendaring error. The court continued the conference and issued an Order to Show Cause, and I have prepared a draft written explanation and apology to the court, which I intend to file after final review.
Various Work Days
- Attributive Tree System (ATS) Software Development:
- Regarding the development reapproach, I am currently working alongside GenAI to create a more thorough, principle-driven, systems-first approach that prioritizes foundational structure, constraints, and failure modes before small- and large-scale implementations.
Side Note:
- Finally finished with the temporary 10-hour shift workdays at my normal job. I'm back to part-time now, so I should have more time to spend on the project.
December 22 - January 4, 2025/2026
Christmas Day
- Legal Work
- For my CPRA case, I declined to settle because I wasn’t willing to sign a stipulation that misstated or omitted material facts about the case. I will let the court decide.
Thursday, Saturday, Sunday (this week)
- Attributive Tree System (ATS) Software Development:
- I was feeling overwhelmed by the scope of work regarding the ATS, which led me to step back and refine how I organize and strategize its development across areas like architecture, visualization, gamification, monetization, ethics, long-term governance, etc, etc.
Side Note:
- Ive been working full-time this past week, and will be again next week (temporary for my normal job), so my typical routines for Existential has been disrupted, and I haven't been able to focus on the project as much as I need to. I will continue to work on Existential next week and will try to better adapt to this last week of full-time work.
December 15 - December 21, 2025

- Tech Upgrades & Workflow Improvement
- I made a significant upgrade to my personal computer setup. Ive shifted to a high-end Android 16 smartphone as my primary device, paired with a compact Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Its far more portable, resilient, and travel-friendly than my previous gear. I may use GitHub Codespaces for certain development tasks so I can maintain a full VS Code environment without carrying a laptop. So far, it’s been the best balance of mobility and productivity I’ve had.
